At Heartelier, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.

As many of our products are handmade and created in small batches, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
